As per EU consumer law the customer has 28 days from the date of delivery to inform dank! Vapes of their wish to return the product. After this date the customer has an additional 14 days to ship back the goods. This also applies to sale items. Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened and unused, unless you believe it to be faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection. we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address stated earlier.
If you have received an item as a gift (i.e. the item was marked as a gift when purchased), you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from this, unless the item is faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value of over £40, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
